I’ve noticed my hair feels a lot softer and way more manageable since using this. The little thing I keep noticing is how my ends don’t catch on my comb as much, especially right after washing. It just feels smoother and less fussy overall

I tried this Redken color because I was hoping for a soft brown, but... it came out almost black on my hair. It didn’t really look like the shade on the box/picture, and after a few washes it started fading kind of unevenly. My hair feels okay, so it’s not like it completely damaged it or anything, but the color was definitely not what I wanted. Disappointing

Ordering from Redken was simple enough and it showed up when expected. I’d buy it again, mostly because I’m just glad to not have to keep searching.
